Delivery rules

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, the standard delivery time is 14-30 days.

After 24 hours from the order, it is not possible to canceling the order of the goods (resignation from the purchase) or to change the order.

The standard order fulfillment time is 14-30 days.

In special cases, the time limit may be extended to 90 days.

All orders we ship, leave our warehouse on time

Please note that during the current global pandemic, please allow extra time for delivery due to courier's backlog

    Shipping rates apply to the whole Island (North & South)

   The shipping fee depends on the weight and size of the product including packaging

    All courier orders require signed proof of delivery and the customer must be contactable by phone

    We do not offer a weekend delivery service (Mon-Fri only excluding bank holidays)

    *Our courier achieves a 98% success rate on express deliveries

    Heavy or Large Parcels : It may be necessary to charge higher shipping fees / offer option to cancel order
